Appointments
We see patients by appointment only, which can be made by calling (281) 364-9898 during office hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
If you have any problems during office hours, you can speak with one of our nurses. After hours, one of our physicians or a physician in our call group is always on-call for any emergency.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation. We make every effort to adhere to scheduled appointment times; however, due to the nature of our specialty circumstances beyond our control occasionally cause delays. If this happens, we will try to notify you. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in these circumstances, we do try to keep such inconveniences to a minimum.
Payments and Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
